Set on a hilltop, the Casa Rossa holiday home overlooks Porto Maurizio, the sea and mountains and can accommodate 4 people. The house is comfortably equipped with 2 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, leaves nothing to be desired and you have to decide where to have breakfast or the Aperitiv, as there are many places to stay. The highlight, of course, is the pool, which is aimed at all-out use with “chill area” in a flowering garden to the south. The cottage is divided into 2 levels, the upper area with large living space, kitchen, extra toilet and shower room, with 2 terraces in a south and west direction. On this level is also the pool. The lower part of the cottage, which leads inside via a spiral staircase, or also from the outside via a stone staircase into the sleeping area. Here you will find the 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, each of the bedrooms has its own access to the lower part of the garden, where you can also snap from the delicious grapes or mulberries depending on the season. The two bedrooms are separated by a small interspace, also with an exit to the garden. A little more about the history of Casa Rossa: On a hilltop above Porto Maurizio stands a “Genoese hunting lodge” at the beginning of the 20th century-“from Emperor’s time,” which here are associated with the name Vittorio Emanuele I/III. On a hillside shoulder underneath, unseen by each other, this branch was built in 2000, because of its colour scheme the “Red House,” called Casa Rossa.
